Hey, my name's Hanah! I just had my second child in June, and while I'm not cleared for exercise, I figured I can get a head start on my nutrition! I have three goals; goal #1, get back to my pre-pregnancy weight from this last baby, which is about 11 more lbs from my 15lb goal. Goal #2 is to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight from the first baby, which will be another 15lbs after that, and then goal #3 is to get back to my pre-marriage weight, which will be another 20lbs, meaning my overall goal is to lose a total of 46lbs. I'm aiming to lose around a lb a week (don't want to go too hard and lose my milk!), and I won't be heartbroken if I end up losing closer to .5lbs a week, either.
I hope I can make some friends and we can support one another on our journeys!
