Hey I'm Elizabeth I'm new to this, kinda don't get it lol
Been eating ok for a month now and exercising but no results , hope someone can help me out with some ideas

    Hey me either. What kind of exercise is it you're doing? Maybe you need to up it a little more, however I find 3 months is usually when I start to see results coming in so you're doing well so far. There will be changes just subtle ones.

    Yes I need to start running now ..im not doing a lot probably like 45 min each day

    Your diary isn't open to give any advice. With 45 minutes a day activity, I would check your diet. Possibly check your accuracy on what you are eating vs. what you are logging! It's calories in vs. calories out. Up your physical activity or mix it up and you should with both start to see weight loss slowly and steady which is key. If you want to run, then run, but you don't have to run to lose weight. Be sure to hydrate. All the best to you.
