Not hungry, what to focus on?

I recently began taking Wellbutrin XL, and like many others I have found that it seriously suppresses my appetite. I not usually hungry and have to remind myself to eat. When mealtime rolls around, I find that I am full with much smaller portions. Now this is great since I want and need to lose about 50 pounds, but I am worried about getting enough of what my body needs.

Most days I have approximately a 1500 calorie deficit. I am not over-restricting myself, I just don't really care about eating. I have no desire for sweets and it is even hard to figure what I want to eat sometimes, even if my stomach is growling.

My question is about what macros I should focus on. More protein? More/less fat/carbs? I am trying to eat my fruits and veggies, I drink lots of water, take my vitamins, and have the occasional protein shake. What are your nutritional suggestions? I am hoping for a referral to a nutritionist from my doctor soon.
