Help going on vacation

I'm heading on vacation next week. I know I'll be doing a lot of walking. I also know there going to be food. Could use the help to keep myself from over indulging.

    I overindulge when it's worth it. I'm not going to deprive myself of something delicious on holiday if it's something I'm not likely to get another opportunity to have. I don't choose foods that I could have everyday at home...
    I skip breakfast (but that's normal for me), walk everywhere (a great way to explore the area you're in) and generally plan one indulgent meal a day..... I love food and have usually researched where I want to go beforehand!

    just don't drink a lot of alcohol and soda, also walk a lot.

    Treat yourself... but not too much.

    Maybe don´t drink juices/soda and enjoy food. Or eat anything you want with portion control. If you have heavy meals try not to snack along so you save some calories. If you want to eat sweets, share them with someone. But the most important part is to enjoy with moderation and don´t stress too much over food ;)

    And walk walk walk...
