Weight Loss and Body Fat

10 weeks ago I started focusing on my weight loss goals. I started eating at a caloric deficit, exercising, and did some occasional weight lifting; mostly my exercising consisted of cardio. I've lost 35 pounds and 5% body fat. I guess I am curious if I am progressing pretty good? Does only 5% body fat seem low or is that appropriate for 10 weeks?
6'2"
Started at 235 and 38% body fat
Now 199 and 32% body fat
Would like to get down to around 185 lbs and 24% body fat.

I mean I started at 37% body fat. I can do math 37-32 = 5

235x.37=87 pounds of fat
199x.32=63.7 pounds of fat
Depending on how you're measuring bf% it may or may not be accurate. But since you're losing at nearly twice the maximum rate you're likely losing a bit of muscle as well.0
