Having trouble deciding between a barbell set.
Tri-grip or cast iron?
Anyone have any thoughts?

The tri grip plates are easy to rack and un-rack from the bar and just easier to handle in general. The cast iron would be your cheapest options buy lack the grips. It depends on your budget and what you are ultimately looking for. If you have a little extra money the grip plates are a great way to go!0
