One day I will eat healthy and exercise, the next I will eat junk and become sedentary. I have bipolar so when I'm feeling okay or even manic I do what I should be doing, but when I'm feeling low, I just stop.
Please help?

Bipolar here myself; actually in a manic phase currently as I pace my apartment because I can't sleep.
Anyways, it's easier said than done, but on those low days, you just have to get it done whether you want to or not. Often I will tell myself that if I go and start exercising for ten minutes, I can quit if I still feel awful. It rarely happens because getting started is the hardest step, and when those ten minutes are up, I feel like continuing.
With that being said, all that's needed to lose weight is a calorie deficit. Exercise helps with earning calories, improving health, and improving mood, but it's not 100% necessary. On low days, focusing on one thing like not comfort eating may be easier than trying to take too much on at once.0
