Since starting this journey in Mar '17 I've dropped 56 pounds. Still have 30+ to go.

My workout/gym is Planet Fitness (no other gym) and resistance band training at home, when I can't make the gym. 4x a week at the gym rest of the time I push on from home.

Looking to get some motivators and share information in new workouts, recipes anything that can continue to push one another forward.
