Hi, I've only been using this app for a couple of weeks.

After a difficult 12 months and letting my eating get out of control I'm now committed.

The app says 1200 calories which I'm sticking to at the moment, I've just got my self a personal trainer once a week for the next 6 weeks, I've just had my first session and can't move but sticking with it.

Does anyone else have the same problem as me? Sticking to plan and the weight comes off so slowly, why? I then end up loosing motivate.
What am I doing wrong?

Support needed please.
