I have MS and am trying to lose the 60lbs I gained last year on baclofen. I have currently lost around 43lbs, but now my illness is in my right hand/wrist/forearm/elbow. I have a brace for it that I bought at meijer, but it's too restricting. I need help on exercises that are great for keeping me going. My MS affects me in my abdomenal muscles and my right arm, sometimes my legs and my head.... any help would be appreciated! I have completely changed my diet, did that in September of 2016 when I finally said enough was enough. I take CLA daily, and just need to lose 17lbs more to hit my goal of losing 60lbs!!! Help me!

I also have MS, however I haven't been able to exercise. I've been told swimming is good for people with MS.

My mom has something similar to MS - she does water aerobics and loves it. It is very helpful to her.

Have you tried stationary bike? I have lupus and when I have various pains it's good for working through them. One of the nice things about it is you can adjust the pacing to whatever you can handle at any given moment.
