Help With Late Night Munchies

Hi, I'm new here. One of my big calorie-intake challenges is that I get to the end of the day, hanging out after dinner watching TV and I'm up for probably another 4 hours and I ALWAYS get hungry right before going to bed. I've tried drinking herbal tea of just some more water, but then I end up peeing all night. Any lo-cal, end-of-the-evening suggestions?

    I always save some calories for dessert. It's one of the things I look forward to all day, and there's no way that herbal tea would cut it! If you can save even 100 calories, you could have things like popcorn, a little bit of chocolate, some fruit or those 100 calorie snack pack-type things. Pudding or jello cups are good too. If I need some more protein, I like freezing greek yogurt cups for 1-2 hours (just keep an eye on them to make sure you don't forget and freeze them solid). Things like popsicles or fudgesicles are good this time of year too.

    Yeah, I just let myself eat at midnight because I cannot at all go to sleep while hungry. Muesli bars, nuts, a few squares of chocolate or a glass of milk are all my go-tos for it

    i have to take a sleeping pill.. thats the only way
