What should I adjust if I add protein powder to a recipe? Looking to pimp my zucchini bread.

I'm thinking about making my next batch of zucchini bread with some protein powder added. If I plop in a scoop of vanilla protein powder, what should I adjust? Can I just substitute a cup of flour with a scoop of protein powder?
Thank you!
Bonus points for thoughts on sweeteners for my zucchini bread. I'm planning to use splenda in place of some of the sugar too. I've never used splenda before. Do I just swap it equally?

I wouldn't adjust it too much really, like scoop for scoop with flour and a bit of sugar since most powders have a sweetener in them. I'd make it just with the extra scoop and then add a bit of milk if the batter/dough is too thick. That's typically what I do when I am playing with baking3
