Toning up in look for some support...

Hey so im new to toning up instead of losing weight.
I had an eating disorder a few years ago and ny brain still is in the mind set of starving itself. However since goig to the gym these past few weeks i feel alot better on the weights.
Im reaching out to the mfp community to help with my motivation!

    Well, nearly. I wouldn't say I fell into a full eating disorder, but I lost weight in the last 1 1/2 years mostly by being stressed and eating too little, and now I am 2 lbs from underweight BMI and trying to gain muscle with strength training while still loosing some body fat (as it seems I never actually lost that).
