Hi All, I have lost just over 44lbs since starting in January this year. I now have a BMI of 23.4. My plan was to aim for a BMI around 22.5, which is roughly 8lbs away, move to maintaining for a while before starting recomp. But I still hold a lot of fat around my stomach, very much at the front and I am looking for advice/ guidance as to how lean I should be before starting recomp, just reviewing goals really .
Thank you
Thank you
