Not really. My excercise consist mostly of walking and some stretches.

I wish 5'2" ,...I was this same height in 7th grade/ early bloomer, tallest girl in my class...everyone thought I'd be a giant and I prayed every night to please be short....never realizing it could happen!!!😭 lol the next year I'm the shortest girl in my class....over the moon about it for about another year until I got hips in highschool😒....then until present...not so much🙄
