I like to keep an eye out for concerts from tribute bands. They are not too expensive (sometimes free) and usually tons of fun plus you're dancing and moving the whole time.5

GIRL! I have the same problem. Feel free to add me so we can motivate each other. My "solution" right now is to try and stay under my calorie goals for the week if I know I'm having a few drinks on the weekend, so that I sort of saved the extra calories for it. If I start always saying no to it in an attempt to lose weight I end up caving and going overboard.0

These are all great suggestions! I think the urge to eat out and drink is deeply shoved in my brain. For example, yesterday I hiked up a mountain with a super steep incline and I wasn't sure I was going to make it to the top but I did! When we got back down the mountain and to the car the first thing that popped in my head was "hell yeah i'm awesome, now I want some whiskey to celebrate!" Haha post-college problems I'm still trying to over come. I like the ideas of going to concerts and museums. I don't usually shop for myself, but maybe it's time I start? Lol thanks for your input everyone! Feel free to add me!0
