Hello! I am back . . . .again.
My whole life has been about food, and I've gained and lost 70lbs four times. I am pretty frustrated and would welcome new ideas (first two times very unhealthy loss, second two calorie restriction and exercise).
I'm now 35 and a single parent, so don't have much time or money, and I NEED to get this weight off and keep it off this time, because I feel dreadful

Well at least you know you can do it. Do you know what it is that keeps triggering you to slip up in Maintenance? Seems like this is the problem you need to tackle. Are you maybe relying on the exercise to keep you at your calorie allowance and then losing interest after a while but eating the same amount of food?

Heya, thanks for your reply. Yes I can pinpoint each time (ah retrospect haha). Leaving home, living with a man who ate pizzas, macaroni etc all the time, and breastfeeding two babies (each time I piled on weight after the pregnancy).
So I kind of know what to be aware of, but it seems like such a mountain to climb yet again!!!

There are always great views at the top of the mountain to look forward to
