21 Day Consistency Challenge

Hi everyone!

I have some amazingly supportive people in my life and I wouldn't change them for the world, but I'd really love a group of people to stay accountable with that understand how tough it can be! So I'm starting a challenge group from tomorrow, the 14th July, until the 4th of August, for 21 days of consistent, accountable tracking. It takes around 21 days to make a habit so I'm thinking we could all help each other to become more accountable, and make a good habit to continue to build on!

I know a Friday start is strange but I'm picking Friday because it will force us all to keep going over the weekend and not just blow out waiting for Monday :)
