Here I am again

So here I am again, starting over. I'm not sure how to start, life is busy with kids, work and school. Not to mention my back, but the doctor says I need to work on my weight. I already new that! He knows as well as I do it's going to be difficult to workout with my back and knee pain. I don't eat breakfast it normally upsets my stomach, I love coffee with flavor, chips or pretzels are my favorite go to snacks, startchie foods bloat me but I eat them anyway. I'm 5'1, 160lbs I don't workout, & I clean nights. Any suggestions.
