I'm Emily. I have been overweight most of my life. Obese really. Two years ago, I decided to do something and was able to get to 191. I was very close to my goal of being "overweight" instead of "obese". I've learned I'm an emotional eater. After a rough relationship/break up, I gained most of the weight back.
When I lost the weight (a total of 52 lbs at that time), I did it with a support group online. I contribute most of the weight loss to the people who held me accountable each day that I checked in. It was comforting to be able to talk openly and freely without the embarrassment. I am looking for a similar group of people who are looking for another person to share the journey with.
Any takers
My info is 28/F 5'7", 134 lbs. I am literally on day 1 of my new journey. I know that the first month produces the biggest results and I intend to capitalize on that. I'm pretty okay with working out. I struggle with food options/menu planning.

I'm way beyond 28 but I'm starting my journey over also. I'm 40 pounds overweight, at 161.8 and 5'2", I'm classified as obese. I'm 50, married with children and grandchildren. Support comes in all sizes, shapes and ages I say. And at this age, it's extremely hard to lose all the extra weight I've gained. I have some really good friends on here. Would love to have you as one also. Feel free to add me if you're interested, although I may not be in the right age bracket and that's perfectly understandable0

Hello I'm Elda
. I have had weight problems kind of all my life really as I used to fluctuate a lot. However the past couple of years I reached approx. 154 lbs (70 kg in metric). Just as I started to lose weight dieting I got pregnant and now I need to lose a lot of baby weight
. Also I can not start exercising for at least a couple of months more. It is very difficult to lose weight as I'm breastfeeding and also I can't really work out.
I'm 32 yrs old, 5.2 and 176 lbs and I would like to reach 132 lbs. This is the first time I look for a support group online or use such an app, and although I log everyday from my mobile, I'm not sure I'll be ale to post regularly on forums. However I hope I find people to keep me motivated as I tend to snack a lot and mostly on not very healthy foods or just to share experiences with.
P.S. English is not my mother language (probably obvious by now) so I apologize for any errors.
