I have a meal plan that [part of it is basically 4 meals of 4 oz lean protein & 1 cup green Veg for the next 5 weeks... (also includes a whey isolate shake and a casein shake)... After the 1st week I am already burnt out on the chicken breast/ broccoli OR Salmon /zucchini OR ground turkey/ asparagus combos.... yes I know I can mix these up LOL.... but if anyone has some suggestions on other meal options that fall within the 4 oz lean protein & 1 cup green veg parameters and are tasty I am all ears! Thanks!

I like making grilled chicken salads. Or you can do the Tuna Creations pouches within a salad. My faves are the Lemon Pepper or the Ranch. You can also add in boiled eggs and/or nuts.

shrimp is a go-to for me

why the green veg focus? what about non-green veg with similar (using yellow squash instead of zucchini); cauliflower instead of broccoli etc

I'm currently eating snow peas, snap peas, broccoli, and lettuce from the garden, green beans, Brussels sprouts, and zucchini should be ready soon. I have kale and bok choi too, but they've gone bitter, should be fine in stores. If all that is in my front yard I'm sure you could find enough green veggies to keep you entertained in the supermarket. Every time you go to the store try a new veggie. There are plenty of recipes on the internet. I did this with fruit a few years ago and found a few things I really liked, but had been intimidated by.

As for lean protein we have various parts of chicken, pork, and beef. Shrimp, scallops, a large variety of fish, shellfish, tofu, seitan, and probably a bunch of stuff I'm forgetting.

Just green veg? Me thinks that's going to get pretty old, pretty quick.

Typically a wide spectrum of veg ranging in colors is recommended. I just had a nice saute of 1/2 red bell pepper, 1/2 green bell pepper, 1/2 zuchini, handful of mushrooms, 1/4 red onion, and garlic with my tuna.

Tonight we're having this Asian salmon thing my wife does...not sure what the sauce is, but she does 2 cups for each of us of broccoli in this sauce and pan fries the salmon.

Is there a reason you're restricted to the same thing 4 times a day, everyday? (sounds like a really bad comp prep diet to me!)

Is there fat included? That'd give you options for adding more flavour.. Other than that, get creative with spices. I love paprika/coriander/cumin together.
