Olive oil and sunflower oil in grams

I don't have measuring cups and I don't intend to buy any. I just pour oil from the bottle into the pan and weight the difference before and after. Yet I cannot find any entry in grams but only in ml. Any suggestions for correct entries?

Does this help? I couldn't get the converter to work, but the nutrition facts show multiple measurements.

Or this converter is better I think

The second one might be interesting. Oil is less dense than water, thus theoretically 10ml of oil should come back at below 10gr. In this case 9.81. Is this realistic? I find it really difficult to verify this, and it's so easy to overdose on oils.0
