Low sodium suggestions?

The one thing I struggle with on my diet is staying under my sodium goal of 2300mg a day. Literally everything has sodium I feel like, so what are meals I can make that are low in sodium?
Thanks in advance!

I have started buying low sodium or no salt added can goods(beans, corn, tomatoes), unsalted stocks, low sodium soy sauce, you can always season your food but this eliminates some of the hidden salt. I like most of the Mrs. Dash blends except the original and table blend. I didn't care for those. I use the Extra Spicy in place of creole seasoning. Use lemon, lime zest and juice to brighten the taste of foods. Vinegar works well too. There are some blogs that share low sodium recipes. Sodium Girl, Don't Pass the Salt, are two I can think of right now. This chicken recipe was delicious my sister who is a salt shaker loved it. lowsodiumblog.com/2012/07/sues-greek-roast-lemon-chicken-kota-lemonato/0
