Hey all,
1. So recently anytime I wake up I feel very full - for the last 2 days. I dont eat until early afternoon which is fine but I dont like the feeling of fullness. I stop eating before 8 pm each night and morning is usually 7 am the next morning. Any thoughts of why this is happening? I eat most of my calories in the early-mid evening.
2. Also- I am having trouble eating in my caloric goal (1200-1500 range). In the evening I start to eat a LOT of my calories even when I am NOT hungry. I lose my self control. Any tips on how to avoid this?

Yea I cannot even drink a glass of water when i get up. I feel too full. Do you know why this might be happening? I am doing weight training so yes my muscles might be needing the extra fluid but it has never been this bad and it is my 3rd-4th week of training.0

The first point you say you eat most of your calories mid day, the second part you say you eat a lot of calories right before bed. Are you eating early or late? Are you going over your calorie goal?0

What are you eating for dinner? Beef usually makes me still feeling full in the a.m..0

It depends on the macro make up of my meal, a lot of protein makes me full for hours even into morning.0

Yup! Me too. I actually feel pretty full this morning also. I ate turkey tacos but went very, very heavy on the ground turkey in those tacos.
