I am 58, live in Arizona, diabetes and osteoarthritis and need to lose 170 pounds. Can use all the help I can get.

    Hi, I live in AZ too. I have 60 lbs to lose. Have been on the dieting roller coaster most of my life but now my cholesterol is way high and I am pre diabetic. I have to do this and keep it off this time. You CAN do this.
