I am a 55 year young woman going through menopause for the past 3 years. I have that roll across my middle and can't Seam to loose it. I walk the treadmill 3 days a week and have been doing leg lifts 25×2.
Any suggestions on how I can loose this roll?

Fat loss is dependent on a calorie deficit. Exercising your abs isn't going to reduce the fat on top of it. Are you tracking your calories and eating a deficit?

I'm a 57 year old woman and was annoyed to see that my weight gain has been primarily in my abdomen, with that delightful roll of fat around my waist and back. Ugh. The exercise you're doing is good for you but won't necessarily by itself reduce your waistline. The only thing that's worked for me is reducing the number of calories I consume. The fat roll is getting smaller. Be sure to take your measurements. I thought I wasn't making any progress but the tape says my waist is an inch smaller. Small victories!!6

It happens to us all I am afraid - try to eat well , do some cardio and try some crunch / core exercise. I am quite small but still have that belly thing !0
