I've maintained for about 7 months now after losing 100 lbs last year but recomp isn't working, or isn't working fast enough to satisfy me. Going to drop down my calories again and see if I can get rid of my gut. I'm not sure what I should set for my goal weight now, though. Opinions?

I started out at 263 lbs. so setting a nice round goal of 100 lbs. loss seemed reasonable, and I did it in under a year. I'm 165 at the moment, having set maintenance range to 160-170. Is 145 too light for a goal? I'm 6' tall and 37 year old male and casually lifting weights because I ended up really weak and skinny-fat after my loss. I should lift more, but I wouldn't enjoy it and I'm worried I'd stop lifting altogether if I push it.

Online calculators of "ideal" weight vary widely. I'm way too self-conscious to post a pic, but I'm happy with my weight from the chest up and knees down, heh, but not so happy with the middle bit.
