Hi! My goal is to lose weight. I've learned I need low carb to do so. No thyroid now and I'm struggling to lose each pound. Could use all the encouragement I can get

Small changes are better and I find youtube videos really encouragements... I look for people who have lost the weight and also their what I eat in a day videos.1 -
