So thrilled to celebrate success!

I use MyFitnessPal app to log everyday no excuses & that has been such a great tool to keep myself accountable on the journey for sure!!!

I the home stretch for weight loss & will still log food & fitness to maintain

    That is very exciting! Congratulations on the hard work you've done. I'm with you on the tracking. Even though I've reached my goal, I'm still tracking and actually enjoy doing it. It's a big picture and also helps me determine if I really want to eat something if I log it just to see the effect it will have. Sometimes I decide it's not worth it.
