I only do a few days at a time or I ended up wasting food. My favorite is white fish with smokehouse maple seasoning, sweet potato with cinnamon and whatever green veggie I feel like.0

Go to pinterest and type weight watcher meals in the search bar. There are a lot of casseroles and dishes that will last for multiple meals. I have made quite a few of them and they are very tasty, easy to make and lower in calories. The Easy Cheeseburger Pie is one of my faves, but I make it with turkey so there's even less calories and it's delicious. Hope this helps!0

I am on Pinterest a ton. I will have to check it out! Thank you for the tip! Allrecipes.com has recipes that are all calorie counted although you have to search for lower calorie dishes0

There are a few YouTube channels I follow for meal prep. The Fit Couple Cooks, The Domestic Geek, Flavor City with Bobby Parrish, Mind Over Munch, and Fit Men Cook. They have the best ideas. The Fit Couple Cooks prepares a meal each week. The Domestic Geek plans several dishes that can be used through out the week. Her Baked oatmeal is great! Love her sheet pan meals too.

Pinterest is loaded with meal prep ideas too. I made a geek inspired meal prep that was great. I also did a spring roll bowl so good.
