Healthy smoothies - My Summer Delight
I like to blend 1/2 cucumber, 1/2 a small banana, 35 calorie yogurt ie strawberry, a few squirts of liquid kool aid ie watermelon, water (fill 3/4 of the blender), 2 tbsp spoons of apple cider vinegar, Add all into your blender and blend. note: you add crushed ice if you like?
