So eat it and fit it into your daily calorie goal

Right? Some days (especially around that time of month) I am absolutely ravenous and can't get enough chocolate Try to fit it in your daily calories but if you need to go over calories a little so you don't restrict and end up binging then that's what I would do. sometimes a girl just needs her chocolate and two squares won't cut it5

It makes no sense. Hunger is not to be fighted. Uhm, fought. If you're hungry, you need food, and you should eat. If you want chocolate, you can eat chocolate. You don't need permission for anything. But this doesn't mean it's smart to only eat chocolate, and a lot of it. It just means that the feelings of restrictions and deprivation drives the desire for everything you deem off limits. Allowing yourself to eat whatever you want, automatically makes you make overall better choices.7

I find that the high cocoa mass dark chocolate is good for a fix and not too calorie dense considering how filling it is. Or i get the multipacks of small bars of normal chocolate which are about 170 kcals a bar for the brand i eat (cadbury dairy milk)1

Hungry and craving chocolate are two different things.
If you are fighting hunger as you say in the subject header, chocolate won't be keep you satisfied for long. Eat something that will keep you satisfied for longer...protein, high fibre and good fats. Then if you are still craving chocolate, wait a while and then enjoy some chocolate.8 -
Calories = when hungry / eating, spend on all delicious foods you truly desire in the moment whenever possible. Knowing which foods are the better choices (which fill you up the most? Leave satisfied longer?), treats are allowed to! No restrictions
Enjoy all Nourishment

Thank you all. I guess your right if I'm hungry I need food but if I want a treat damn I will have that treat everyone needs it. I had a doughnut today5

Agree with all of the above but would like to add that taking 250mg of magnesium every day (per my doctor's advice) has reduced my chocolate cravings. I still definitely fit a small amount in every week.1
