Picking a goal weight

I know it's far from the most important thing, but I've been really struggling to decide what weight I want to get down to, especially since I have no idea what a healthy weight would look like on my body. Any advice? How did you decide your goal?

If you don't have anything specific in mind, I'd just go with the upper end of healthy bmi.3

I second this suggestion. As you get closer to that initial goal you can transition it to a "I'll know it when I see it in the mirror" kind of goal.3 -
