Rest days?

Any advice on rest days? Is it necessary or different for everyone?
Reason I'm asking is I'm not feeling so great today and thinking about skipping my workout but I feel hesitant to because I've been doing so well.
Will skipping a workout not affect me much?

    I consider it a good idea because that's when your body builds and repairs your muscles.

    Your body honestly needs 1-2 rest days a week. Try not to worry yourself. Just make sure you budget your calories well since you haven't earned any today.
