Any advice on rest days? Is it necessary or different for everyone?
Reason I'm asking is I'm not feeling so great today and thinking about skipping my workout but I feel hesitant to because I've been doing so well.
Will skipping a workout not affect me much?

I consider it a good idea because that's when your body builds and repairs your muscles.0

Your body honestly needs 1-2 rest days a week. Try not to worry yourself. Just make sure you budget your calories well since you haven't earned any today.0
