Haaaalp. It's Friday night, I'm almost off work, I don't have to work tomorrow, and the only thing I can think about is hitting the bar with my friends and drinking til my face falls off.
I really don't want to eff up my progress, but a couple (or five) double whiskey cokes sounds really really good right now. How do I say no to the temptation??

Saying No is difficult. Moderation is much more manageable. Stop after one or at most two.4
