Help me on what to do next

Hey guys I'm a pretty athletic built guy, I weight 121 and 5,5. I'm having a hard time getting rid of my lower tummy fat. I eat clean, do strength training 6 times a week (very intense reps and in good form) I've lost weight everywhere else except in that General area. It just doesn't look like it belongs with the rest of my body. People say I have big obliques and it makes it look worse, makes my obliques look like huge love handles

Unless your idea of athletic build is marathon runner, I can't fathom that at 121lbs you have much excess fat to warrant worrying about.
If you don't want to bulk to grow, consider recomp - eating at maintenance whilst following a progressive lifting program to enable you to lose fat and slowly gain muscle.2 -
