Doing the Right Thing...or at least trying to.

Well...I'm new to this app and new to monitoring my food this closely, but hopefully this is one step to a new me. All the typical, almost stereotypical, health issues for a middle aged black man have crept up on me...high bp, slightly high blood sugar, and unwanted pounds. To top it off, arthritis in my feet and knees, probably from years of sports, has made life difficult the past few years. I've lost over 30 lbs in the past year, but I want to lose more and also combat arthritis through healthy eating.
