Still fat, but feel GREAT!

I decided to post this in the Success section even though I haven't lost much weight because it is a personal win. My primary goal is weight-loss, but I want to do it by improving my fitness and eating habits and want to feel strong and not in pain.

Anyway. I find that when I work out for a period of time, I end up loving my body so much more - fat and all. I can look myself in the mirror and be happy and proud over it -- because I FEEL stronger and I know it can do much more today than it could only two-three weeks ago!

I hope that others have similar feelings about themselves and their bodies, no matter how long they still have to go (I have about 100lbs to lose). The journey is much more fun if you enjoy the road there and not just waiting for the destination. :smile:
