How are things going? Did you change your eating habits? Add exercise? Those would be my two tips. As far as eating goes, I like lower carb/low fat eating. I know that sounds contradictory, since most people do low carb/high fat, or low fat/moderate or high carb eating. I just feel better when I reduce my carbs. I don't have as many cravings. I know it's hard when you have kids. I have three, also. I am also in grad school and work full-time. If you could get a piece of exercise equipment in your house, I guarantee you will exercise more. I have a treadmill and use it almost daily. This helps especially in winter, when it's cold and icky out and you don't want to exercise. But maybe you live in a warm area!! Hope this helps. Good luck.0
