Going to olive garden for lunch... What would be the best thing for me to eat without totally ruining my day???

    Ravioli di Portobello is 670 cal 30 fat
    Herb grilled Salmon 510 cal 26 fat
    Seafood Brodetto 480 cal 16 fat
    Venetial apricot chicken 380 cal 4 fat

    Check out their website since they have all the calorie information there. Avoid the salad. It is a calorie killer.

    NOT the all you can eat soup salad and breadsticks, LOL!. Even if you avoided the bread, the sodium on non-cream soups would kill your day.

    Good luck! Olive Garden pulled out of Canada years ago, that makes me sad I've never been :(

    Make sure you click "Lunch Portions" and check out the different tabs for different types of dishes. Me? I usually get the Capellini Pomodoro with whole wheat pasta. It has the lowest fat grams and saturated fat out of all of the "Classic Pastas," and the sodium is the third lowest.
