Going to olive garden for lunch... What would be the best thing for me to eat without totally ruining my day???

Herb grilled Salmon 510 cal 26 fat

Check out their website since they have all the calorie information there. Avoid the salad. It is a calorie killer.0

NOT the all you can eat soup salad and breadsticks, LOL!. Even if you avoided the bread, the sodium on non-cream soups would kill your day.

Make sure you click "Lunch Portions" and check out the different tabs for different types of dishes. Me? I usually get the Capellini Pomodoro with whole wheat pasta. It has the lowest fat grams and saturated fat out of all of the "Classic Pastas," and the sodium is the third lowest.0
