August goals

I know its still July but im wondering what everyones August goals are.
Mine is-
No pop. at all.
lose 8 pounds (a bit much, maybe. but i think im holding a lot of water weight from pop, tea, etc)
WALK 50 miles.
gym at least 5x a week.
and count calories (something i do not currently do) at least 5x/wk. (no- that does not mean i have 2 cheat days. or even one for that matter.)

mine is to lose 10 lbs and to walk at least 2x per day everyday0

Miss Sarah - own those by putting accomplishable goals with them. If you can't measure it, you can't do it!!! i.e. 30 minutes of cardio 4 days per week without fail for whole month and less than 1000 calories of refined carbs in any week during August...0 -
I usually do not set goals but I have some plans for August.
1) Go to the gym at least 2 times a week,
2) Lose some pounds. I have been at the same weight since April. Actually I gained extra pounds which I later lost.0 -
I want to carry on logging honestly,
Walk for 30 min for 5 days a week at least.
Do more vigorous exercise 4-5 times a week.
Slowly upping my cals as I was on 1200 and have read enough to realise its too low. (now on 1300 and planning on upping it more every few weeks).
And generally be a happy person :)0 -

I'm doing a challenge with other employees - collecting points for doing daily things, and whoever gets the most points wins $25!
My August goals:
5-9 servings of veggies and fruits
60 minutes daily of walking, stair stepping, and/or other cardio
30-60 minutes daily strength training (planning on alternating upper and lower body)
64 ounces of water daily0 -
To get to 125 lbs by end of month (I hover between 128 and 132 currently).
To have 100 grams of protein per day.
To log all my food on this site.
To keep on running a few times a week and get up to a 15 km run. (just ran 11.2 km yesterday, so it can be done!).0 -
My goal is to keep working out once I go back to work.
Run 3x
Weight training every other day
Hike on the weekend
Teaching all day sucks the energy right out of you by the end of the day.0 -
Get these 4lbs to 100lbs loss ( hoping to get there before aug)
Do a full month if this Beach boot camp I got myself into0 -

Mine are:
- to finish Couch Potato to 5K training plan...I'm in week 4 right now
-do Electric Run 5K on August 10th...may not be running it, but signed up for a friend's b'day and I need to get out there and complete it!
-track eating daily
-keep up the workouts and get in 5 Every week.
-weight loss goal for the month...at least 10lbs
Vacation in October...using it as my motivation to get going...been pretty focused in July, just started using myfitnesspal again this week.

By the end of August I would like to have gotten down to my 2nd goal weight of 180lbs (6.6 lbs away) and I would like to make sure I complete at least 45 minutes of cardio exercises 5 times a week!0
