Rules:
1. Sunday eve. weigh in and post weight by way of total lost pounds only (you do not need to divulge your weight). Zero lost pounds lost is an acceptable post, and, of course, will be your first posting anyway.
2. "Friend" members as support buddies so they may see your food diary on fitness pal.
3. State your challenges for the week on Sunday evening.
4. Review the diaries of at least 2 members and add gentle constructive suggestions per day
5. No one will be removed from the group for failing to meet these rules, but consider how much they may support you.
This is not a chat board, just the facts ma'am. If you need help getting through a divorce, dealing with teens, loss in the family, troubles at work.... please seek counseling elsewhere. We are not qualified.
so if all is clear here is my entry.....

My weight is zero total pounds lost (remember this may be an actual loss by next Sunday)
My challenge this week is a program with a dinner on Thursday. Fabulous dessert. Suggestions?
I am reviewing the diaries of Ann, and Judy this week.
