Hi!
So I calculated my calories with TDEE-20% with Harris Benedict equation. They've gone from mfp's recommended 1200 (plateauing for weeks and weeks!) to 1863 :-o
My exercise activity level is included in this (6*35minutes circuit training minimum) so I won't be adding my exercise to fitness pal anymore and instead logging it into the exercise/food notes.
I put my macros to
Protein35%/Fat20%Carbs45%
Am happy that I get to eat more :-D
Hopefully I will start losing weight again now!
Wish I'd learned about this months ago!
