Papaya salsa by accident

My planned pico turned into this when I found my tomato was not good. Pleasantly surprised, I think the slight sweetness of Papaya and avocados went well with the Tilapia. I will definitely do again on purpose.

    I tried pico that had watermelon in it on the 4th. On a hot day it was quite nice.
