Ive gained the weight now what?!

Hey guys, so have moved to SA and haven't had any signal to be able to access the app, been doing everything everyone recommended with the food and I'm nearly at my goal weight! So so happy! Now I can tell I've gained weight in areas I would like to look more toned on my belly and glutes, anyone have any video workouts for this they could recommend?     There are literally thousands of free youtube workouts for those specific female "problem areas". Choose your most favourite presenter and go for it. (I like Rebecca-Louise, because I find her both focused and motivating, but that is personal preference.)

    Were you doing any exercise while you were gaining? Unless you were recommended by a doctor/treatment team not to, typically you would be lifting while bulking in order to gain muscle, then continue lifting (some people do the same program and modify volume) to help maintain the muscle when they cut.

    Not sure what you have access to at home, but here is a list of lifting programs, there are bodyweight ones included too
