My company offers Real Appeal at no cost. Has anyone tried it?

    @vilyda123 I am on week 6 of the program. Once you attend your first meeting they send you a successs kit which is composed of a kitchen scale, a bathroom scale, a pedometer, a personal blender, some workouts, a water bottle a resistance band, measuring cups and a real appeal plate. You have weekly meetings about a topic that willl help you acheive success.

    I like it because it helps keep your goal at the forefront of your mind and they cover topics that teach you great skills.

    Never heard of it, but even if you never actually used the program all these freebies would be worth it. A food scale is absolutely one of the best weight loss tools.
