I've been on a diet watching my calories and all but tonight I ate so much! I had like two huge bowls of rice and chicken full of oilyness and butteryness. What should I do!!#

Perhaps change or work on changing the reason why you indulged. Hunger, emotion, boredom... for examples.0

Don't beat yourself up! It only puts you in a negative state. Write it off as a slip up and start fresh tomorrow0

It's life, it was my husbands birthday on Thursday. I celebrated with him and was 1000 calories over my maintenance for the day.
Do I give a *kitten*? No, just get back to eating at my normal calories the next few days.4 -
Maybe you should plan for a treat meal once a week or so, that way you don't have to have guilt.0
