I tried this app a few years ago and had no motivation. Then I put on more weight and realized I have to take care of myself. I have been using the app for about a month and am seeing some success - which helps the motivation to keep it going!

I have recently returned to a job that will require to travel a lot between sites and to manage and develop a lot of different people. I need to be at a healthier weight so that I can get through the demands of the day. I am starting to feel a little bit better and am hopeful.

I am in the St. Louis area, have 2 teenagers (YIKES!), and work in education to support math intervention. I would love to connect with folks here - I will definitely need some support!
