What is this Woo button? People keep wooing me and I don't know if that's good or bad. Lol
Does it still mean you think I'm full of "woo" or like "woo, go girl?" Lol.

Well, there is a lot of argument about this. I choose to take it as a good thing. And the best part is that this annoys people who mean it as a bad thing and want you to know it.2 -
I thought it was Woo hoo like Woo hoo! It's Friday.
But the symbol, doesn't really look very woo hoo-y

I'll admit I have my doubts, so I'm like should I take this one way or the other? lol I try not to woo people because idk what it means.0 -
It actually means both according to the developers. So it sort of depends what forum you are in to what meaning it might hold. In a help forum it probably means you are full of "woo" or BS/garbage info. If you are in a food or chit chat/fun and games it likely means woo hoo! or the positive version.

i imagine woo is a positive term. since the other options are positive like like, awesome and inspiring.2 -
It has a happy face with it, it must be a good thing.1

I am the one that suggested the woo button in the suggestion forum. It was meant to stop threads from derailing when someone posts say a detox tea or acc. You can just click that it is full of woo and not derail the thread.
For example you got woo for detox tea. Tea is delicious but doesn't detox your body. Your liver and kidneys take care of toxins. Detoxing is not a real scientific thing it is marketing preying on people who do not understand biology.2 -
I'm using it as a fun and carefree expression.
When someone has an awesome comeback or says something awkward or brazen, they get a "woo" from me.

You are completely correct.

The symbol isn't right for woo or bunk or myths. It's misleading.
Maybe a different icon, can you mouse over it and have it show a description.
I have used it as woo hoo, congrats
Not woo you are are full of manure0 -

tell that to the devs. They are the ones who gave it double meaning. Silly in my opinion. They should have just given us a Disagree button so that it would be clear. We already have an awesome button which is essentially the positive meaning of woo.0
