Hello!

I've started today the 30 day, Level 1 day 1 of the program. I thought I'd start a thread for accountability.

It felt a tin harder than expected but finished it strong. Now for day 2 tomorrow!

    I've completed the 30DS. I worked out M-S and took Sundays off. I think I lost 2/3 lbs maybe and strength was AWESOME and breathing was better and my clothes fit better.
